DIRECTOR OF CLAIMS SALES AND MARKETING

FIA is a growing independent adjusting firm, which is seeking a Director of Claims Sales and Marketing.  This is an opportunity for a "Rain Maker" to come into this upper management position to help build a national presence for our organization.  The right person will need to have a firm understanding of the business, fixed costs and breakeven points and how they relate to profits.  The candidate could come from a large TPA or independent adjusting company but must be able to produce new business. 

Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience in property/casualty claims.  Must be able to bring in business across the US for daily claims work.  Must have a verifiable, successful track record for sales results.  Must be able to work both independently and as a team player.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.  Excellent leadership and communication skills.  Someone who is motivated by large bonuses generated by building an organization. 

This position repressents a significant career opportunity.  Compensation will be a combination of base salary and bonus.  The bonus is uncapped and based on a percentage of net profits of newly aquired business.
